Stop It.

Hello readers, and welcome to my eighth entry.  Sorry for the delay, but here it is. A while back, I posted about people being peer pressured. Well, you could think of this as a continuation of that entry; only now I will be talking about those who do the pressuring.

There are countless reasons why people pressure others. Most of you who pressure do it because you need someone to reinforce a bad decision so it doesn’t seem that bad. Others of you are the “leader” of your group and everything you say goes, no matter how wrong or idiotic your decision is. Some of you are just spoiled snobs who believe your word is law as if you are a king/queen. I know these assessments may seem blunt, but that’s just the way i put things. Besides, some of you guys need a reality check. Do you honestly think you can get away with this in the future? You will be shunned by everyone and no one will like you. Your “royal subjects” will finally move on. This may sound mean and harsh, but I am just saying it like it is.

Now, how do we change this little problem? Honestly, it is all up to you. I don’t expect you to turn your personality a full 180° overnight, but I do hope you won’t rely on your friends to respond to your every word like a dog to its master. Just be more appreciative of your friends and don’t take them for granted. Also, try to stay away from drugs, alcohol, skipping school, and all that other bad stuff. You might think they are your “only reason for living,” but I don’t believe in that. Life is more than just alcohol and partying. Life is a special gift and some of us are unable to have it. Appreciate that you are in the world and have people who care for you. Life is to be taken seriously; it can be taken away in an instant.

This is probably just a huge collage of personal opinions and rudeness, but it is supposed to mean something. Whatever it means is however you interpret it. Whether you are the victim or the one calling the shots, I hope this entry, as well as my entire blog, changes the way you see life. Anyways, I hope you like this entry and tune in next week for my ninth one. Have a great week.

  1. I agree! People act like life is a movie set, they act like directors that get to direct and demand while everyone else is just the crew workers that follow orders. Also I like how you talk about how important life is too!
